We had a great stay overall. Lovely location. Quiet. Secure. No issues with sharing the bathroom. Laundry worked great. Nice and friendly host. The room wasn’t super clean. Dust on the ceiling, mold near the window, hair balls under the chairs. Lots of clutter and very small so not much space for two people’s items in the bathroom or even bedroom. Unbeatable value for the Latin quarter and exactly as pictured.

The apartment located at a residence area. it is safe even if I returned at midnight. The location is perfect and you can access main attractions within 20 minutes. No.10 metro just few minutes walk and another RER station from airport is walk 10 minutes. I only met Hien once during my 5 nights staying. She is nice and quiet. She always provide a high privacy environment. The room we stayed was next to kitchen. It act as a barrier so that you no worry to harass others. I recommended to those people who would like to stay in the center of city.
