The place matches the pictures and Bolongo is private, nice, and comfortable. The place is great but the host experience and cleanliness needs improvement. The hosts from Vacasa could definetly improve in providing information to provide a better stay. They were very rude when asking for sensible personal information, no information on amenities when asked on multiple occasions, no information on towels for pool, etc, and no response when support was needed. We had to wash all of the dishes and cups since they still had food or drinks in them and some of them some smell. We also found two beds with yellow stains on the bedding and weird smell. The place overall did not look like it was deep cleaned for new guests. Dusty floors and kitchen tools. Make sure you bring your own soap and shampoo, as well as anything to cook with. We couldn’t even find coffee or salt on the apartment.

El anuncio si le hace justicia al alojamiento. De primera impresion, los espacios son amplios, la cocina totalmente equipada, para mi gusto, una freidora de aire es lo unico que falta. Los cuartos con toallas de baño y de alberca, los baños con jabon y shampoo. Algo a tomar en cuenta, el lugar está dentro de un desarrollo que ofrece algunos servicios adicionales, restaurante y bar en las multiples albercas, cafe y abarrotes, además de reglas de áreas comunes que no quedaron claras antes de reservar. No se permite prender carbón, la alternativa para carne asada es usar un asador de gas con costo adicional. No queda muy claro cuales son las áreas donde se puede fumar, solo especifican que en los balcones multan por fumar, lo cual no me hace tanto sentido. No se permiten bocinas en las áreas comunes, aun que el cuarto está equipada con una bocina bluetooth muy práctica y potente. Parecería que no tiene mucho tiempo de construcción, pero ya tiene algunos detalles de mantenimiento.

Currently, the unit is undergoing maintenance due to plumbing issues. Although the unit has stunning finishes, as shown in the photos, it requires regular cleaning and maintenance due to some issues, such as stained walls, doors that won't close, and loose toilet paper holders, as well as some holes in the ceilings and walls. While you do have access to the complex's amenities, their schedules are inconsistent and have been reduced due to the low season or lack of staff. Additionally, certain parts of the complex are still under construction.
