Rest & relaxation await you in this beautiful peaceful resort. This quiet 2nd floor condo offers privacy on the shaded balcony, overlooking gorgeous views of mountains and a waterfall pool. There are plenty of activities to keep you entertained while at this all-inclusive resort. When you decide to venture out, you will find walking, running and biking trails right outside your door, along with ATV trails, golf courses, highly acclaimed restaurants close by, and 5 National Parks near St. George The master bedroom offers a King bed and comfortable recliner to read or nap in. There is plenty of room to set up an office space and work remotely with our high speed internet. There is a table and chair provided in the closet for this purpose.

The condo was just as described. Very spacious rooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was amazing, loads of condiments, oils etc and loads of pans. Very easy to cook here. The flat was very clean and quiet. We would highly recommend it. Small note that although there is no separate bin for recycling in the condo there is a recycling bin outside.

We LOVED this condo! It honestly felt like we were right at home. Had everything you would need and more! It is in a beautiful area with gorgeous swimming pools and areas to relax especially by the waterfall pool! I would definitely recommend this place and we will be staying here again! Thank you.

This premier resort is located 7 minutes off main highway. Even though you feel secluded in the Las Palmas resort community, there are a few surrounding resort communities as well, along with shopping, dining, parks, trails and golf courses near by.
Free available parking lot directly in front of our condo. We also have a separate garage in front of condo. Garage itself is not available to guests but you can use its driveway for ATVs or trailer. There is also free parking within resort for recreational trailers.
