Enjoy a relaxing stay at this comfortable apartment with a homey feel. You will have all the comforts of home in our little haven. Full kitchen to suit your cooking needs, spacious bedroom with a king size bed, (additional air mattress available), and a cozy living room with power recliners and a 55-inch TV. Relax on the patio while you grill up some dinner on the BBQ or let your stress drain away with a soak in the hot tub. Stays of 2 or more nights receive a yummy home baked treat. This apartment is located in the downstairs part of our home. It is a daylight/walkout basement so you don’t get any of that basement-y feel to the space. Because we do live upstairs there may be some transfer noise but we do our best to keep it minimal. There is very little transfer noise above the bedroom. There are only adults in the home above the rental space. We do have two small dogs but they are always kept out of your space. The kitchen is well equipped and if you find something missing please just ask! The bedroom has a nice king sized bed and we have your choice of a twin or queen size air mattress (complete with bedding of course) if you need it. We also have a pack n play available upon request for little ones.

Kalyn's home is a gem of a place. Peaceful and private, beautiful, so comfortable, has everything you could ask for. Every detail was thought of all the way down to a welcome pastry from her home kitchen and the Alexa speaker for your musical needs. Everything was spotless. The bed was incredibly comfortable. The hot tub was a real treat under the moonlight. I couldn't have asked for a better stay. I hope it's available when I return. I would love to stay again.

This place was perfect! Close to the freeway, Tuachan, Snow Canyon, gas stations and restaurants. It was just as the pictures, but even better. Super clean and very comfortable. The host was responsive and left a yummy homemade treat which was a nice surprise. I highly recommend this wonderful place. We will be coming back for sure!
My husband and I had such an amazing stay in Kayln's beautiful home! Some of our highlights included: -Felt right at home, very safe, and still private even though you're in the lower area of their home -The place was very clean, pristine and had all the amenities we needed -Super comfy bed, great wifi, and so awesome to have our own hot tub and BBQ for our private use--the hot tub felt amazing after our long days of exploring! -It was a great launching pad to get to all the beautiful parks in the area. My husband and I also ran to the nearby Santa Clara trail for a beautiful run everyday. We would absolutely love to stay here the next time we're in St. George! 11/10!!!

Located in the heart of St. George in a well-established residential neighborhood. 15 minutes to Tuachan, home of Broadway in the Desert. 15 minutes to Snow Canyon State Park. 1.5 hours to Zion's National Park.
Free street parking is available. Street parking is very safe in this neighborhood and commonly used. The street parking is the closest parking to the entrance of the unit. If you would like to pull your car off the street overnight, we do have a space in our carport available. Please inform us if you intend to use the overnight parking space.
