Perfect for the 6 of us in town to ride bikes and enjoy a weekend in Bentonville. Was exactly as described, with a short walk or ride to downtown and all the amenities. The space is well laid out and we enjoyed the bike wash station and back yard. No issues and would definitely recommend!

The house was great for our group of friends with kids. We came to bike the Bentonville trails and the location was great. Everything was as described and there was great space for us to cook meals, park, wash our bikes and play games in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the plumbing and hot water was amazing when we had to take showers after a muddy day on the trails. Highly recommend!

Magdalena’s place was great. Exactly like it was described. Close to everything we wanted to do. Plenty of room and a cute gnome garden out front.
