I am 100% satisfied by this accommodation. The check in was quite flexible: although we arrived out of the check-in time but via phone call call we figured out our ways to get in, then we did the official check-in next day. I liked that they were flexible in check-in. The view was amazing and I could spend entire day at that place. Another positive thing was that the owner was so flexible about pool: it supposed to close by end of September but they kindly kept it open also in October. I liked the privacy as well: although you could enjoy having outdoor activity right in front of the accommodation but also having blinds for all door and windows allow you to have a completely private home for yourself. The location was good since you could reach to sea (Cecina) in less than 30 min car driving, 20min to Etruscan city of Volterra and 10min drive to tiny town named Montecatini val di Cecina (which I recommend it for dining and amazing view over valley).
