The host, Mr. Mitanshu, is very helpful and responsive. Smooth communication. The place was exactly as it was shown in the photos. Had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend this property to others and looking forward to book it again sometime in the future.

The place is in an extremely dirty, old, tardy building, with stains of the spittoon on the walls. It is a bad idea For NRiS looking for a decent stay. I would call the residence to be in a lower class area with working class population. Made me feel extremely unsafe and uncomfortable. The elevator is an extremely old and dirty, and very difficult to operate. The bathroom sink, kitchen sink and bathroom itself was very very dirty. There was no hot water. TV in the bedroom was not working. There is a huge patio but it’s extremely dirty. The house was smelly, there was a stuffy smell. I booked for 2 nights and then cancelled after 1 night. The host is good and responsive but the apartment is not worth the money. Not worth the charge for sure. Also, if you are a single woman and want to go out at night be careful. I experienced cat calls and men followed me till the elevators. I was scared when I was struggling to close the elevator. Clearly not worth the price.

The flat was very nice and well located. It matched the pictures exactly and was very homely. I stayed here for a month and half and enjoyed it a lot. Black Langur monkeys come by the balcony for a few hours twice a week which made the stay extra special. Mitanshu could have communicated with me better during the stay. He would only send the cleaner between 7am and 8am. Sometimes works men would arrive unannounced. But all in all this was a minor inconvenience. If you’re looking for a well located place to stay in a good safe neighbourhood in Vadodara I would recommend this flat.
