Wir waren eine Reisegruppe von 5 Personen und blieben 5 Nächte in Michaels Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist gut mit der Metro vom Flughafen JFK erreichbar und entsprach den Bildern. Michael wartete bereits vor der Tür, nachdem ich ihm geschrieben hatte, dass wir gleich da sind. Er empfing uns sehr freundlich, hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die zwei Bäder sind mit einem sehr guten Fön, sowie mit Shampoo, Duschgel, Conditioner und ausreichend Handtücher ausgestattet. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche übrig, es gibt sogar einen Herd, eine Spülmaschine, Kaffee- und Teekocher. Michael hat uns sogar nochmal mehr Kaffee gebracht, als wir danach gefragt hatten. Er gab uns hilfreiche Tipps. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln angebunden und man ist super schnell in Manhattan. Die Tram, die direkt an der Wohnung vorbeifährt, ist etwas laut am Abend, aber man gewöhnt sich schnell daran. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. Danke Michael!

There were 6 of us staying and we were very comfortable. This location was perfect for our family trip. Access to the subway and a quick ride into Manhattan. Nearby restaurants and stores, Uber and Lyft -we lacked nothing. Would rent again in a heartbeat.

Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern sehr schön, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Hervorragende Lage von welcher man überall schnell und unkompliziert hinkommt. Michael war ein sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber und antwortete immer sofort bei jeglichen Anliegen. Alles in einem haben wir uns super wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 fra luglio e agosto 2023. L’appartamento è bellissimo, una townhouse nella via più pittoresca di Long Island. Fuori dalla confusione di Manhattan, ma che consente di gustare al meglio la vera esperienza newyorkese. È disposto su due piani ed il doppio bagno è comodissimo. L’arredo è molto curato e molto contemporaneo. La stazione della metropolitana è comodissima ed a 50 metri di distanza, in tre fermate si arriva nel cuore della City, nei dintorni ci sono supermercati (fra cui Target) e localini molto tipici, eccezionale il Court Square Diner anni ‘70 per le colazioni. Gli ospiti, Michael e la moglie sono gentilissimi e molto carini, all’arrivo abbiamo trovato birra, vino e acqua nel frigorifero e tutti i beni di prima necessità, anche in bagno viene fornito tutto. Noi in questa casa ci abbiamo lasciato il cuore !

Michael was the best. Always Available and ready to help us, even with restaurants recommendations. The house is lovely, so many fine details. The kitchen has everything so if you’re feeling like you want to cook or save money for breakfast/dinner/lunch, it’s perfect ! Flexible hours for check in/out, definitely a plus! The location is perfect, take the 7 or the E and you’re in Manhattan in 10 min. Subway is a 2-min-walk from the house. The only disadvantage is the noise from outside. It could be an issue if you’re a light sleeper but we enjoyed our staying anyway! We would recommend this house and we would love to come back !
