One of the rooms had lousy bed made of thin wood sticks prone to damage and she insists for us to pay, she should know better to provide sturdier bed for guests. The bathroom doorknobs are all busted very uncomfortable for guests use. The water storage container in toilet had dirt grimes at the bottom difficult to clean( huge & heavy). Flies abound in dining area because the windows don’t have screen protection and easily even mosquitoes come in. The bedrooms are all upstairs dangerous for kids 2-5 y/o to use stairs (4-5 m) to maneuver. The apartments are closely attached not much privacy. But to be fair no noisy neighborhood. I must admit the house is out in my bucket list because the owner should have been considerate enough that it was her responsibility to offer a safe, secure, healthy, comfortable & pleasant haven for clients. A good disclosure of what to expect is much more welcoming. Thanks Airbnb for allowing this survey.

Katrina was ver responsive throughout the whole process; from the booking, to the check in and to the checkout. The place was secured and safe, me and my friends enjoyed our stay over there.

Highly recommended for family stay, as you can cook, and the place is nice and peaceful at night..
