Emily’s house was beautifully updated, particularly the kitchen and bathrooms. Everything was very clean and in nice condition. Great location, right near the entrance to the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay but I felt that we were deceived by pictures on the site. The pictures showed a view of only the ocean, but when we arrived there was a house directly in front of the house we were staying at. If I had know that I wouldn't have booked the house as we were looking for a house on the water. It is a great little cottage but beware it is NOT on the water and the view is blocked. We also had difficulty with the WIFI not working/receiving wrong passwords/ network names but it was resolved the following day. We did have to reach out also because one of the air conditioning units didn't work and that was resolved the following day. The unit was clogged and needed to be cleaned/maintained. The cottage is in a great location as long as you are aware that it is not on the water with unobstructed views as pictured, and the cottage itself is great.

The house is so beautiful- even nicer than pics. We had two families traveling with 20 year old kids. Bunk room was huge, plenty of room for young adults, the other 3 bedrooms had ocean views with very comfy beds and all amenities. The location is perfect! Quick walk to beach, walk to Tides Restaurant, general store, biking kayaking etc. House was fully stocked and we felt so at home. Emily is an amazing host and we definitely will be going back!

We were blown away by the design and premier location of this beautifully appointed home. The home is meticulously cared for, clean, and comfortable for our family of 7 to enjoy time on Goose Rocks Beach. The house is fully furnished and wonderfully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, including all the things to cook and enjoy Maine's finest lobster. The home also had beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels, and our 4-year-old daughter especially loved all the sand toys. It made our stay easy and more like a home away from home. The views are absolutely stunning, and the location and convenience of the beach made this home particularly perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay and look forward to coming back again!
