This is a beautiful beach home in a great location between good Kennebunk beaches. The location is a great spot for kids, as you can walk or stroller ride to the beach and the Mother's Beach playground nearby, and easily return if a kiddo is over it or for nap time. The house is well-equipped for families as well with cribs and a booster seat. The communal spaces and outdoor table provided wonderful gathering spaces that made our extended family get together memorable. Ashley was very communicative and responsive, including when a water alarm did go off and it took us awhile to get it turned off.

This house is absolutely fantastic and it was perfect for our family’s vacation. The location cannot be beat. It’s walking distance to beaches and to town. Having a front and back yard was also a huge plus since we spent so much time outside. All of the beds were comfortable and the house was spotless and we had plenty of space. Communication was easy with the hosts as well. We highly recommend staying here!

This is a beautiful home in a perfect location right by Middle Beach in Kennebunk. The house has all the amenities you would need including towels, beach chairs, beach toys, grill and fire pit, cooking equipment, and comfortable beds. The owner is very responsive and quite helpful. Would highly recommend staying in this house.

207 Beach Avenue is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. More than just a house, it’s a home and perfect for active families! Situated across the street from the ocean, the house is centrally located between two of Kennebunk’s best beaches and a short distance to downtown Kennebunkport and all the lovely restaurants and bars of the area. While everything is close, the house is so amazing, it’s hard to leave. Ashley is a thoughtful and responsive host. Super nice, easy to talk to and seems to have thought of everything. She checked in and was quick to respond if needed. I would definitely recommend Ashley and my family will certainly come again!
