Awesome location , right on the beach ! Very familly friendly. The house was super clean, the kitchen was full and the appliances were new. (Minor hiccup with the microwave wasn’t functioning) Close to Ogunquit main restaurants and about 30 min drive to Kennebunk. The view was incredible, the host very responsive. Would definitely recommend!

This was our second year staying at JM's home on Moody Beach. The house is beautiful, new, fully equipped and right on the water so what's not to like. It accommodated our family and waking up to the ocean sound every morning is the best! We were very happy and would recommend staying here to anyone!

This was a fabulous location and a beautiful home. It has everything you would need for a vacation house and more. A fabulous kitchen, great views from almost every room, plenty of towels, both beach and bath, very comfortable beds and steps to the ocean. Our family had a wonderful time!

We loved the Moody Beach house. The home is beautiful and the views are what dreams are made of. Our grandchildren spent sunrise to sunset loving the beautiful beach. Location was convenient to all we wanted to do. Hannah was excellent in every way, her communication skills were prompt and greatly appreciated. We absolutely recommend this gorgeous beach house for a memorable vacation.

I cannot say enough great things about this home and host. To begin, communication right from the beginning was great. Fast response and very accommodating. The location couldn’t have been any better. Located right on the private beach was wonderful for our large family and close to food and entertainment. The home itself was luxurious and was equipped with everything one could possibly need. Look no further and book your stay now! It won’t disappoint.
