Our group had a fantastic time here. The house was close enough to town for convenience, but in a very peaceful and beautiful spot. Some of our party are allergy-sufferers, but the house was so spotless and fragrance-free that we had no issues at all! The atmosphere and clean feeling of the house were also remarkable for a place right on the canal. We’d happily come back!

I had a family get together for my 50th birthday and the whole weekend was amazing. The tiki bar was the selling point for me. It has furniture and stools for all to gather around. The living space upstairs was also a great place to hang out while my brother cooked us breakfast. We had everything we needed which was provided by Sherry. There was a fan in the tiki bar that was making noise and was hot to the touch, and with one call, I had someone there within minutes. The team was very attentive. We loved the place so much, my brother will be reserving the place next year. The mornings on the covered patio with our cups of coffee was so calming and listening to the water in the back was refreshing. I highly recommend this place. Don’t forget to bring your own towels though.

I took my teenage sons and their friends for a weekend trip to the Tiki Hut. It was amazing. There was plenty of room for all 8 of us and the downstairs Tiki area was great to sit, relax, talk, and BBQ after a day at the beach and fishing. The screened porch worked out great on Saturday night when a thunderstorm rolled through. The house is literally 5-6 minutes away from everything on the island, including the beach and grocery store. Amenities: Sherry was very clear in the instructions about toiletries (shampoo, body wash, toilet paper, etc), linens, and towels not being provided. Upon reserving the home, she graciously offered linens for the beds that we would be using. There is a washing machine and dryer for use that came in handy daily for the boys who didn't pack enough clothes for 3 days! There were plenty of trash bags, dishwasher soap, spices, utensils, pots, and pans. Sherry was incredibly responsive and even allowed us to have a little later checkout. Highly recommend!!
