Tree Fort turned into tiny house. Downstairs has big bathroom with queen bed, table and chairs. Kitchen: Countertop double burner, microwave, fridge, toaster oven, toaster, complimentary k-cups and oatmeal. Upstairs has sleeper futon. Wireless internet RukuTv. Pet fee $50. Cleaning fee $50 (spread out over nightly stays (new Airbnb policy). One night stays and pets welcome. All monies go to Horse and Livestock onsite sanctuary. Other rentals Hobbit House and Pony Creek The cottage is located on a 14 acre farm complete with horses, goats, sheep and chickens and donkeys. Close to West Chester Commons, Fine Creek Mill Brewery, The Foundry Golf Club, parks and hiking and trails for people and horses. There is a creek that goes the length of the property’s 14 acres and there is an old historic mill, historically known as Crostic Mill along the creek. The cottage fort can sleep 3. There is queen bed downstairs and sleeper futon upstairs. Best for children over 7 because of the stairs and upstairs fort sleeping area. Upstairs has outdoor entrance with a futon. With stain glass. WIFI included. Pet fee $50. Cleaning fee $50 (Airbnb divides it in nightly cost). One night stays welcome. We have adjacent rental called the “Hobbit House”.

Angela and her family welcomed me and my family with open arms. She is such a passionate and caring person, towards her animals and people that it illuminated like the sun from her spirit. Immediately, we were magnets! The families connected on the spot. The animals welcomed us with open hoofs, mouths, and calls. If you are looking for tranquility, and sounds of nature, you will indeed find it on Angela's santuary. My dog made new friends, every morning he woke up and ran from window to door looking out to see the animals. There is something about living on a farm, it brings you great joy, peace and solace from the hussle and bussle of a city environment. Just go! It is worth it! The cottage was so quaint, and cozy. It was a PERFECT mother's day and birthday gift runaway!

Farm and property are beautiful! If you are a city person like me, this is going to be a verrrrry big shift for you as the property is definitely in the middle of the country. Angela was a great host, introduced me to her animals and was extremely responsive if I needed anything. Would definitely recommend!

The Donkey Den/Treehouse did not disappoint! The size was perfect for the two of us and we also loved the originality of the space! The rural area is peaceful and quiet so it was very relaxing. We enjoyed seeing the animals. We even fed them some carrots too. The donkeys were very appreciative and let us know in the morning when it was time for a carrot snack! Angela was a great host and very accommodating!

Such a great family memory!! My boys had the best time and the location was stunning! The animals were so friendly and the host, Angela, was so kind and lovely. Great country location but super close to Richmond attractions. My kids loved the tree house!

Richmond is 30 minutes away. Fairview Farms Wedding venue is 25 minutes away. Midothian is 15 minutes. 15 min drive to hwy 95. 2 miles from Fine Creek brewery, wineries, golf club, James River (Tubing, kayaking and white water rafting), Powhatan State Park (15 min), Pocahontas state park (40 minutes) Monticello (45 minutes), Blue Ridge parkway (an hour and 45 min) and Lake Anna (45 minutes), Williamsburg (1hr 45 min) beach ( 2 hours) and several local restaurants and malls. We are in the country but very close to several areas and center in Virginia. $50 pet fee.
