Pony Creek Farm Barndominium has 1400 sq ft with 2 queen beds, 1 twin sleeper sofa and one full size sleeper sofa, kitchen large bathroom and fenced in yard for pets. WiFi, Ruku and keyless entry. Come and relax and enjoy the country Go on walks along the trails and visit horses, donkeys, goats and sheep. All monies go to our horse and livestock 501c nonprofit. This home is for families only. NO PARTIES. We live on the premise and you and your party will be asked to leave immediately. The 14 acre farm has plenty of space. There are trails, a large creek, and mill. The airbnb has a fenced in yard. Pets additional $50 no aggressive dogs please. Cleaning fee is additional $100. Weekends 2 night min, Holiday Weekends are 3 night min. WiFi, Ruku and keyless entry All monies go toward our Pony Creek Veterans Horse and Livestock sanctuary (9 horses, 2 donkeys, 3 sheep, and 3 goats).

This was one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. Angela’s home was BEAUTIFUL, clean and very spacious. The beds were very comfortable, the room was a nice cool temperature, and the sheets were soft and clean which I very much appreciated because I have a hard time sleeping. The outside scenery was gorgeous and the animals were so cute! Angela was very sweet and responsive, and thought of EVERYTHING, even down to little things like magnetic chip-bag clips- and she was patient with us even after we got a little too loud outside and scared one of her poor horses. The only downside was that my husband got a bit by a couple of ticks, and that was terrifying lol, but that’s to be expected with any outdoors. Overall we had an amazing stay and would HIGHLY recommend this place and it’s amazing host.
To say that we loved this place from the moment we pulled up, and wanted to stay forever once we walked in the door, is an understatement! The design and refinishing of this spacious and yet homey stay parallel’s the eclectic and beautiful decorating. Alot of time and effort went into creating a welcoming home-away-from home, with every need anticipated. I cannot think of anything that we wished would have been provided. Angela was lovely and although her schedule must be busy with overseeing her lodging spaces as well as beautifully maintaining and caring for the sanctuary animals, she carved out time to show us around with a smile and such passion for all. Her lovely daughter did the same the morning that we checked out. These animals, many who had a hard life, are being lovingly cared for and are living their best life ever in their forever home💗It was difficult to leave… this stay in VA was a very busy one for us, but we plan to return and immerse ourselves in the quiet and charm

Warm, cozy, rustic, and unique. A must stay in the Powhatan area. Almost like waking up to your own petting zoo. You will fall in love with Jack ... and Angela too!
Angela was so nice and even offered to upgrade us from the RV to her Donkey Den! We loved the homey feel to it and being able to wake up to donkeys and sheep basically right outside the cabin. We would love to stay there again!

Richmond is 30 minutes away. Fairview Farms Wedding venue is 25 minutes away. Midothian is 15 minutes. 15 min drive to hwy 95. 2 miles from Fine Creek brewery, wineries, golf club, James River (Tubing, kayaking and white water rafting), Powhatan State Park (15 min), Pocahontas state park (40 minutes) Monticello (45 minutes), Blue Ridge parkway (an hour and 45 min) and Lake Anna (45 minutes), Williamsburg (1hr 45 min) beach ( 2 hours) and several local restaurants and malls. We are in the country but very close to several areas and center in Virginia. $50 pet fee. Holidays weekends including New Years has a min 3 night stay.
