We were hosted by Prateek and it was so easy to make ourselves at home because of him. He was always a call away, and he and bobby made delicious meals. We had egg curry, chicken, local veggies like Bichhu Saag etc. and they were all juat too good. The rooms are well equiped with dustbin, heater, towels, kettle, table chair and that was also highly appreciable. Prateek was also kind enough to hike with us to a nearby pond where we swam and had the best time. And the best part was the location. Only two things you need to know about are: one the dog can get a little overfriendly and you may not want that if you don't like animals (like my partner) and the other is the hike bit challenging specially the trek up to the parking road. In spite of the above, the place is worth a stay and we had a memorable stay no doubt.

This place is very quiet and conformable. Also host Prateek was nice and very welcoming. Food was very tasty and homely. The location river outside is extremely beautiful. The only downside is that this place is 700 meter steep downhill. So it is difficult to reach here if not physically fit or old age or with baby. Plan it if you are looking for quite stay.

We stayed here for 2 days and we could only wish we planned to stay longer. The location and the surrounding is spectacular - surrounded by lush green, the river and a quiet landscape, the room was cozy and very clean, the common area was well equipped to spend sometime reading books, playing cards or listening to music and was continuously heated up. The stay had a local kitchen and the cook, Bobby, made some simple, tasty, home cooked meal. Lastly, we were hosted by Prateek and Juno (a very excited, happy and a friendly dog) and undoubtedly he was one of the friendliest and helpful host we have met. Thank you so very much for such a lovely experience! PS: wear some good trekking shoes, will come very handy for the 800m trek from the main road to the stay.

Prateek has been most helpful and responsive host. His service has exceeded all my expectations.The place is great and his hospitality adds to an enriching experience. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay in Jibhi, it is highly recommended.
