Extremely responsive and friendly host. Accommodation was exactly as described and photographed and extremely clean and tidy. The property was light and spacious with great parking. The beautiful Riverside park is conveniently just at the bottom of the road.

Served its purpose as a place to sleep after a night in Southampton. Easy check in, especially at 1AM. Our disappointment was that 5 of us arrived and there was no toilet roll at all. And it was too late to go anywhere and get any. The response in the morning to our loo roll crisis was a bit dismissive. The beds were comfy and the place was nice enough (though a bit tired and lots of damp in the bathroom), especially for the price we paid. Next time, please just prioritise toilet roll!!

Convenient for a 3 nights break. Notes: Lacking in cosy arm chairs and or another sofa. We were 4 adults and had to sit on the dining room chairs as we couldn’t squeeze into the sofa. No chairs in the bedrooms. Would have been worse if there were 5 as it slept 5. Very steep drive to enter and exit. Make sure your handbrake works!! Would have benefited from a welcome pack of information ie how to operate the TV, Wi-Fi access, things to do.
