This was the perfect Airbnb for our trip to Athens. Just a few minute walk to Monastiraki and walkable to everything! It is private and secure which was nice as newbies to the city. We loved the aesthetic and attention to detail. Theo is very responsive and provided many recommendations on things to do and places to go in the city (Dope coffee was a favorite of ours in the morning!). We can’t thank him and Stoa Kairi Lofts for their hospitality. If and when we are back this will be our first choice to stay!

We had a great stay at Theo’s place. Very comfortable, super clean, well equiped and very close to all the best Athens has to offer but tucked away in a very quiet area, so had the best of both worlds.

Bilder und Beschreibung entsprechen der Realität. Die Lage ist super für Sightseeing, da alles von dort gut zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Der Host ermöglichte einen früheren Check-In und begrüßte uns persönlich mit Wasser und einer Flasche Wein. Er schickte uns eine hilfreiche Liste mit guten Empfehlungen und erkundigte sich pro-aktiv nach unserem Wohl. Bei Fragen/Anliegen reagierte er sofort und versuchte zu helfen. Einziges Manko: Wer sich Abends nochmal bei der Unterkunft hinsetzen und den Abend/Tag ausklingen lassen will, sitzt im dunklen Hinterhof. Das wiederum hat den Vorteil, dass die Unterkunft sehr ruhig ist, obwohl sie sich mitten im Zentrum befindet. Ich würde die Unterkunft allen für einen Sightseeing-City-Trip empfehlen!☺️

Perfecte locatie en veel leuks op loopafstand en eventueel van de metro. Het was even zoeken naar het adres waar Google maps moeite mee had. Maar met de uitgebreide foto’s en instructies was het goed te vinden. Theo reageert snel en is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hele fijne host! De loft is een prettige ruimte en van alle gemakken voorzien die je nodig hebt voor een stedentrip. De locatie is wel wat weggestopt en kan daarmee voor mensen overkomen als onprettig of onveilig. Dat komt dan met name door de ruwheid van de wijk en niet door de ruimte en de verhuurder zelf. Aanrader!

Theo was so friendly and helpful. We arrived about 5 hours before the check in time so Theo arranged for us to leave our luggage at his father’s shop right next to the loft. He was also very nice!! The room ended up being ready for us to check in 2 hours early and we were extremely grateful. I would recommend this place to someone wanting to be close to everything. It was private but we did have to pass by a few shops after entering to get our room. We could hear people talking while inside our room throughout the day. We felt very safe in the area.
