I had previously stayed at Broadoaks with another provider whose customer service was excellent. I really like the location so I thought I would book via Air BnB and another provider. However, I feel a very basic requirement was heating in the middle of winter. The heating did not work and was not fixed for the whole duration of my stay - 3 days. After 11.15am on the 2nd day, I did not hear from Jennifer at all. She did not offer to send someone to fix the issue or an alternative of portable heater(s). She ran down the clock of my stay and has not contacted me since. I will be logging a complaint with Air BnB and would expect a full refund. This has been a poor experience and next time I visit Solihull, I will likely switch to Travelodge and not use Air BnB.

What could be a really nice apartment is badly let down by the poor condition of the mattress on the bed which is old, stained and worn . The bed linen was not clean and the pillows and mattress protector were covered in stains . I would not recommend staying at this place for the above reasons

Modern, clean and spacious apartment - exactly as described and as the photos showed. Very handy location - close to train station and easily walkable to town centre. Fast internet connection enabled easy remote working.
