Leaving a review is crucial as it provides valuable feedback to businesses, helps others make informed decisions, and encourages improvement in products and services. I regret to say that my recent stay there was disappointing. Firstly, the lack of heat in the house made the experience extremely uncomfortable sleeping, especially during the chilly night. Furthermore, the presence of ants crawling around the house was both unsettling and unhygienic. To make matters worse, tried to charge extra for guests who didn’t spend the night.Which seemed unfair given the conditions.I also noticed that being watched on camera makes me feel quite uncomfortable. I understand the necessity of surveillance in certain situations,but personally,I value my privacy and autonomy, and being constantly monitored feels like an intrusion. It's unsettling to know that someone could be observing my every move without my consent. I believe in the importance of trust and respect. surveillance undermines that trust.

Prime Royalty was very proactive and detailed with everything we needed to find the location, get inside, etc so we were very pleased with the ease of arriving and leaving. The inside was completely remodeled just like photos, was very clean, nice furnishings, comfortable and surprisingly quiet as it was on a busy street with a car/tire shop right next door. We didn't hear anything and slept well. Very cozy with a lot of nice touches in design and amenities. Well done.

Stayed here while visiting Trumbull. Easy to get from here to Trumbull and all expressways.

My biggest issue in staying here is that they did not provide a key or code for all locks/doors. One night, I accidentally locked myself out. Mgmt was unavailable as was maintenance. So they required ME to spend $300 of my own for a locksmith. Terrible treatment of a tenant 😢
