Sergiu, is very accommodating and accessible. He will definitely reach out to you in a swift manner if you decide to contact him, I’ve booked with Mr.Sergiu twice now, each time the premises and rental was very clean. The room both times were tidy, and the outside perimeter was also clean.

The place was very clean, just like the pictures and in a peaceful and safe neighborhood. I was able to take a 5 mile walk around neighborhood. Sergiu is very attentive and responds quickly to any questions you might have. I would definitely recommend staying at any of Sergiu's places.

It’s small but mighty place to stay. if you go make sure your comfortable with the person before you stay here if not y’all will leave closer than ever. it’s perfect for two, we never really stepped on each others toes and the bed super comfortable.
