Enjoy a romantic sunset from our cozy patio or grab drink at The Waterway 5 mins away. My brand new tiny house is located in the heart of Spring! It’s tiny, but mighty. While the home is only 400 square feet, it’s open ceilings and airy layout can accommodate up to 4 people. It's a cozy fit, but we make it work perfectly. The home is furnished with one queen-size memory foam bed in the bedroom, and one queen-size sleeper sofa. (We'll let you draw straws to decide who is sleeping where—ha!) The optimal amount of guests would be 1-3 people. But we can definitely fit 4 if you're willing to squeeze! Please keep in mind, it’s a TINY house. Like all tiny houses, space and privacy is limited. Inside the kitchen, you'll find the convenience of a Kuerig coffee machine with all the coffee you could want, silverware, pots, pans and plates and really everything you need to pretend like you’re going to cook yourself dinner from scratch! The living room is furnished with a pristine 55" flat-screen TV, a cozy leather couch, and a 41" fold out sturdy work desk, so you can utilize the space the way YOU want to! Whatever you use it for, you'll be catching sun rays all day from our large open windows and a full view 6 panel aluminum garage door. Just behind the couch you'll find a floating bar which can accommodate 4 hungry eaters! In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to small, yet important things like: a washer and dryer, blow dryer, iron and ironing board, wifi, towels, soap, napkins, filtered water, oxygen and more.
