Located close to greenbelt,The Woodlands Waterway,Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion, The Woodlands Mall, Market Street dining/shopping, Cinema, Lake Conroe, Old Town Spring, & Hurricane Harbor Water Park. House has large open concept living area is roomy for gatherings and meals. outdoor patio is spacious with a high privacy fence. Beds and bath are fully furnished for your stay.

Rene’s home was as listed. The property feels dated and has some small issues, but if you are looking for a very simple property at an affordable price, what we were looking for, it’s worth a booking.

We stayed here while we were in the area for a gymnastics competition. The directions were easy to follow and we had no problem checking in. The beds were comfy AND adjustable. It’s in a nicely shaded area with several walking trails close by.
Very cute home, nice layout and yard! Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely book again!

The neighborhood is in a quiet residential spot with Walmart, shopping, liquor and restaurants within close proximity. This house is in a very convenient area.
You can easily access a taxi, Uber, or Lyft ride. We have a private 2 car garage & 2 parking spots available in the driveway for your convenience. Also there is free street parking available, but not recommended for overnight parking.

We consider ourselves foodies at heart. My favorite travel destination has been Isla Mujeres, Mexico and while there had the pleasure of swimming with the whale sharks...what an adventure! I enjoy meeting new people from all cultures & diversities plus have been in the service industry for over 30 years.
