5 star for the property 1 star for communication I've never had someone email me to complain I left their property dirty. Read all of my airbnb reviews. If you want your place to be museum pristine then don't rent it out. They complained- 1. Kitchen towels were dirty: That's what kitchen towels are for. To clean up spills. The only meals we had were a) scrambled eggs, b) ground beef and pasta, c) plain pasta and d) a pizza we ordered from Wild Tomato. There were no paper towels. We cleaned food spills and left them in the hamper. 2. Kitchen counter was dirty: We washed the dishes and left the dishes out on the counter. 3. Stove top looked dirty as if something boiled over: No, nothing boiled over it. It's an electric stove. They develop water stains with use. 4. Stain on the sofa: We only drink water, seltzer water & coffee. I didn't drink coffee in the living room. We paid $3K for 3 days. This includes a cleaning fee. We followed all cleaning instructions before we left.

The Pointe is beautiful!!! The architecture, the location and the interior design makes this home outstanding. My family and I loved all of the amenities and felt like we were right at home!!! Great property!

We stayed here with a group of 6 friends over New Years weekend and our stay was fantastic! Cabin is brand new, it has a beautiful design and it is sparkling clean. We are from Chicago and this was our first time visiting Egg Harbor area and this cabin is located in a perfect spot just 5 min walk from the lake. All the amenities perfectly match the description of the listing. Hosts were very friendly and responsive. All of us were very impressed by how the house was decorated for the holidays. 10 out of 10. We would love to come back in summer time. Alena

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! The a frame house was clean, beautifully designed and pristine. We really enjoyed the sauna during the cold Wisconsin days! The renters are extremely kind and responsive.

Valerie’s home is a phenomenal place to spend some undisturbed time with the family. Some things that stood out are that it’s super clean, organized and equipped with all necessities. Highly recommended!
