Relax at this newly built peaceful retreat in the quiet and central town of Sebring. This one bedroom has it's own private entrance (with a queen bed), one bath with a walk in shower, a love seat in the living room is perfect for 2 adults and 1 child. It features a stackable washer and dryer and everything to prepare and cook a meal. There are two smart TV's. The one in the bedroom is connected to cable and the living area has the roku channels. The Suite is clean, comfortable and close to so many amenities. There are golf courses, community pool, parks, lakes, playground, basketball, gym with a commuinity center and a restaurant. Extra fees may apply for the use of the facilities. Across the street is a nature preserve where you may see beautiful birds and a deer or two.

We have spent over 20 years in this area owning property as visiting Canadians. After selling, we have returned to visit friends and Roma's listing has been our "home away from from home" for these visits. Roma has been a perfect host and her location meets all our needs for the weeks that we stay. Anytime we return it is our first choice.

Home is in a prime residential quiet community. It has many ammenities like a community swimming pool, golf courses, tennis/ basketball courts, gym, restaurant. Across the street from the house is a preserve with plants and wild life. Sometimes apart from the beautiful birds you see a deer or two.

Usually one has their private transportation but Uber and taxis are available. The area is popular with golf carts and bicycles.
