Coming up from Brisbane were were worried about the humidity in February so we looked for a beach house that would have a sea breeze. The Beach House at Saunders Beach certainly worked for us. The property was as described and looked exactly like the photos. The property was very clean and had everything you need to just move in and relax. It was a very quiet area. The house has a massive outdoor area which is a must in FNQ. Brandi was very response to requests and her instructions were clear. Great follow up to make sure our arrival was easy and simple check out instructions. We will certainly stay here on our next visit to Townsville.

89 Cay Street, Saunders Beach was a great location for a very relaxed holiday. The views of the ocean and nearby islands are beautiful. It's not safe to swim in the ocean during a NQ summer. However, the pool with ocean views was great. We also enjoyed using the billard table It's a great beach for walking, both N & S. There are lots of shells and some beautiful large pieces of driftwood.
