We had a wonderful time. The location is wonderful - town is very walkable and dog friendly. Loved the views from the balcony and living area. The unit was pet friendly, except we had to go up and down 2 flights of stairs to take the dog out and to bring luggage, etc. to unit There was a ramp available to the second floor but we still had a flight to go up and down. The main bathroom was very small but functional. The downstairs bathroom was much more spacious. I was glad that I had read a review cautioning that there were no cooking essentials available - if you plan to cook bring everything you need. There are dishes, silver pots and pans,, etc, but nothing else in the way of salt, pepper, etc.

Nice clean spot. Kitchen, living room and master bedroom are on the 3rd floor. Spare bedroom on the second floor. Great view from the balcony.

We love Cayucos and this location was awesome for accessing the beach and our favorite restaurants. The deck has great views of the ocean and sunset yet you are pretty sheltered from the wind. We like to cook a lot of our meals and this was not the best place to do that.
