We were met with mould in wet areas, mould in air con vents, thick dust on fans/blinds, cobwebs in niches, the floor was dirty, insect poo on kitchen floor, dead bugs & the beds had stains on them. There were two air cons in the apartment, only one worked. Wolfgang was informed about the air con not working by email & text which came back with a barrage of insulting & aggressive texts. Wolfgang requested I call him & he continued with swearing down the phone saying “I’m not in a sound state of mind” & then hung up on me. This is at 7.15pm whilst at the Dolphin feeding with our children. Plates, cutlery, pots & pans had not been cleaned prior to being packed away. Most condiments in pantry were out of date, with some up to 2.5 years past expiry. The entire apartment required attention & it shows that Wolfgang does not maintain this place or spends money on repairs & maintenance when required. Terrible experience with Wolfgang & the property, however Moreton Is is a fantastic place

Wolfgang’s place was the perfect spot for our first holiday. Travelling interstate with a 5 month old can be tricky, but Wolfgang’s communication and accurate descriptions allowed us to plan and enjoy Morton Bay more than anticipated.

The house is in such a great location as it offers peace and incredible views of the bay but no tourists! Very enjoyable and beds really comfortable in main rooms

This house is in a great location with a stunning view. It is a good size place with a great size deck. The pool didn't get used by us as it was a little too chilly. We did walk down to the resort and even with little kids (6 & 4), they were able to walk down and back up with us. Linen isn't included, so keep that in mind if you're traveling from interstate. There is an Aldi coffee machine there, so bring pods - or you can walk down to the coffee shop and get a coffee. Remember to book Dolphin feeding as that isn't included in the resort facilities that is offered. Wolfgang called us and made us aware that the barge we were on was delayed and offered for us to stay a little longer that day which was so helpful and much appreciated. All in all, we had the best holiday!
