Had a wonderful stay with a group of girlfriends. Place was very private and peaceful. Hot tub an The upstairs main bedrooms bed was crazy soft and our bodies kept wanting to roll into the center. We did find a lack of serving dishing with us being a big group preparing meals. Other then that it was an amazing stay and would recommend the location. We had a blast with the karaoke machine.

Clayton was an amazing host! The property was wonderful with lots of amenities! Right when we checked in there was a bottle of wine for us with a hand written welcome note, which was an amazing touch! Incredibly responsive and very clear about house rules! Was a great spot to have a relaxing getaway and enjoy some peace and quiet with beautiful surroundings and a private, luxury atmosphere.

The whole group who manages this property is super responsive and communicated to meet my whole families needs. I was afraid there would not be enough beds for all 24 of us however there was plenty of room and more than enough beds. The weather did not allow us to use some of the amenities offered but everything else was great. Highly recommend

The place is nice for relaxing, and has good amenities for 2 families for a weekend trip. Unfortunately, we had rain most of the weekend we were there. The pool is not available in the winter, and getting the spa to work is a bit complicated. We had a few snafus during our trip and provided feedback. Most notably, the master bed is way too soft (like a squished marsh mellow), so we had to drag up some twin beds to get any sleep. There are many rules and instructions, and these should be printed out in a binder for all visitors to read (rather than an online pdf). For pets, they want people to keep their pet locked up in a laundry room, which is a challenge for a pet in a strange location. May be better to get a pet gate so at least the pet can see everyone. One last note is that it is located in some type of private road area where whoever was in charge installed the nastiest speed bumps, and our car bottomed out on many of them. Be careful if it is an issue with your car.

Everything for our stay of 14 people was pretty much perfect! I do wish they had more blankets for us to use. Despite never being cold because we could turn the heat up, it would have been nice to have blankets besides the ones on the beds. One other thing I would like to mention is the cameras around the house seemed a bit excessive. We understood the required one at the entrance gate but the ones on wrap around porch and one facing the pool and hot tub just seemed a bit like big brother for our group. Luckily, the hosts allowed requests to have the non required cameras turned off. Beyond on all of that, it was a great stay and would love to come back!
