This is a wonderful 5 acre property with lake access. The garage was transformed into media room/game room. The large home features four bedrooms, three full baths, beautiful floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the lake views. The home is fully loaded with all you will need for your stay. Kayaks, paddle boards, and other floating devices are provided as a courtesy for your water enjoyment. Enjoy the large back deck or additional entertaining space. Hang out in the hot tub while enjoying the amazing Lakeview. There’s two separate easy trails to get down to the water. PLEASE NOTE: Rollins Lake is a PG&E Reservoir and water recedes some during Fall & Winter months. (September 15 - March/April). How much it recedes depends on PGE....Some years more than others. There will still be a "lake view" but not as it is throughout the summer.
