Vince was super responsive and helpful. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Even though there was a shared full kitchen available, which we used, it was also nice to have the mini-frig in our room. We found that we were a short twelve minute walk to The Skillet and Ba Bar as well as an excellent taco truck La Costeno. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come again.

Clean place. Maybe list the fact that you have to climb stairs for those that are not that keen on them. I thought I heard gunshots and a bus hit a pedestrian on the corner while I was there. Parking was good, just across the street. Overall a nice place to stay.

I enjoyed my first stay at an airbnb with Vince! The place itself is accurate to the photos and overall was very clean. if you are willing to walk around 20 minutes, there are many good locations to walk around in the area, with a bonus that the area is relatively safe. The heart of the city in Capitol hill has so many restaurants and shops to discover. The kitchen and laundry room was easy to use and clean. I look forward to staying with Vince again if I have the chance. Thank you!
