We had a great stay and enjoyed the location. The kitchen was the best stocked we have ever seen, it had everything needed to do meals. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great vacation.

Loved the house. Cliff was an amazing host. The beach was beautiful. We would rent this exact place again for sure.

The rental was easy to find and well described. We were in town for the Oyster Festival and Half Marathon, also staying the week between. Upon booking, we received two additional forms to sign, one which required the first & last names of all guests, a personal phone number, and email; Host will text your phone directly. The day of checkin, we received an email with additional items: Sheets were provided by a service, but towels were the property of the rental. Therefore, upon checkout, the towels need to be cleaned & folded by 10am checkout. Had we known this in advance, we would have brought our own towels to shower the morning of checkout. Need to bring detergent for this step, as none is provided. The light was not working in the laundry room for the duration of our stay, for which the host notified us upon checkin. It remained inoperable for the 10 days we were there. Would stay again, but will bring supplies from home, if we knew the complete list of rules prior to check-in time.

I was there with 3 other ladies and we all agreed it was a really nice place. Plenty of seating, inside and out. Well equipped kitchen. Cliff was “Johnny on the spot” getting any problem handled and following up! Great location, beautiful view, very quite!

Cliff was extremely helpful and responded promptly to my questions. The ocean view was outstanding. We had beautiful weather and a wonderfully peaceful week.
