I just stayed here for 5 nights with my husband and 2 year old son. It was an overall wonderful experience. The house is very spacious, well maintained, and in a quiet neighborhood only 2 blocks from the beach. The kitchen is gorgeous with updated appliances that look almost new. The only thing that put me off is that on my first morning there I went to brew coffee (guests please make sure to bring your own coffee and filters!) and the pot was still dirty and old grounds still in the machine from prior guests. I also noted that there was still some dried on food on a frying pan I went to use. These were easily cleaned but it will prevent me from rating 5 stars. However, I would definitely still book this property again. My family enjoyed the stay!

House is absolutely great, stayed for a long wknd w our toddlers. I’m from DE originally and have stayed at many-a-beach-house. I’d say this one is stellar: no musty smells, no lingering sand from previous guests, outside shower had good hot water, easy check-in. Walkable to everything except a grocery store. Clean, tons of towels provided & mini toiletries.. king bed was firm yet very comfy, pillows nice. Four stars bc Internet was in and out. Wouldn’t rely on it if you’ll have to work during your stay, also don’t recollect a “dedicated work area”, unless they mean the kitchen table. If you’re staying during a chillier week, I’d bring an extra blanket or two. Things available to us that were a nice surprise: laundry pods (x4), plenty of dish soap, one dishwasher pod, a potty training seat. For packing reference- Coffee machine uses fan filters, and they had a French press. Basic spices and fully stocked w pots and pans, even a large stock pot for steaming crabs. It’s a great house.

Beautiful home! Spent a long weekend here and loved every minute. Kitchen was beautiful. We didn’t have WiFi and TV for a night due to a breaker blowing in the front of the home but they were very responsive with maintenance coming out first thing the next morning and fixed it right away!

This is a great place, clean, and awesome size. As parents of young children, we were able to sleep and rest. We’d definitely come back as the location is stellar with beach walks every day and evening. Tips: Ask about recycling and trash instructions specifically as that wasn’t clear and if the heat or ac is not working check to see if the ceiling vents are closed. Again really great place and top notch vacation home.
