Gorgeous ocean front home. The decorators did a beautiful job and the local property management team keeps all in good shape. This home was built to be a vacation rental and benefits from having professionals maintain it - not just the rentals. We spent 90% of the week in the house and did all our cooking there so we were happy it was fully stocked with everything from kitchen equipment to throw blankets. The management team was professional and responded immediately to our inquiries both before we arrived and during our stay. They ensured the house was freshly cleaned before our arrival bc there had been no guests for a while in the winter months. We arrived on a Saturday and had trouble with the internet connection and they responded immediately even though their offices were closed with detailed instructions (It only needed to be rebooted in the end). During our stay we ran out of garbage bags and they had them delivered! We look forward to returning, we loved it here

PROs:The house met our requirements of being beachfront and bathrooms for each bedroom. It was the perfect size for our mini-family reunion and a wonderful place as I rested after my chemotherapy session. CONS: When we arrived, the floors and counters were dusty, there were used and unwashed blankets in the laundry room. There were a few things that I wanted to point out to help improve for future users/clients: 1. The mattresses were not comfortable. In fact, my husband experienced back aches while we were there (we were in the room on the second level with a view of the beach). The pain was gone when he slept on our own mattress. We also got feedback from our other family members that their mattresses were uncomfortable. 2.The towels were thin and rough. 3.There were not enough silverware for 12 (the maximum number of guests that is stated in the listing). On the safety aspect - 3 adult members of our family slipped and fell on the stairs/steps. The stairs were not to code.

If being close to the beach and ocean is a priority, this is your place; just a few steps away. The House has 5 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, which was nice. Bathrooms, Bedrooms, kitchen and living rooms all nice. Community pool was convenient and beautiful. Things that can be improved on: the place was bit sandy and dusty in general, outdoor furniture could be better as well as beach chairs, etc., and, while there is plenty of room for at least 6 cars, jockeying them around to get people out is a bit of a hassle. Bottom line, though, we had our kids, their kids, mother-in-law and a dog and we had a great time and would book this place again. Dont count on walking anywhere, except on the beach. Downtown is a few miles away. The Beach is dog friendly which is a bonus.
