Perfect location able to walk to the beach and several restaurants. Spacious and clean house with everything you need already available. Great host that communicates very well and offers great local recommendations for food and activities.

My family and I had a wonderful stay! The house was exactly what we needed. Also, the house was well stocked with the necessary amenities. We cannot wait to stay here again!

We had a wonderful week at Gary’s beach house! You can’t beat the location (1 block from the beach and walkable to town!), especially with teens and a big family! So easy to run back for snacks or the restroom, etc. The amenities included (tons of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, beach towels) was a HUGE lifesaver for us and saved us from packing them. Kitchen was fully stocked and enabled big family dinners! We had a few rain days and thoroughly enjoyed all of the board games . The rooms are clean, spacious, tons of sleeping space and enough bathrooms for all. The layout was great with 2 bedrooms on main floor and 2 plus den above. We even used the den to work remotely. Gary is super friendly and responsive/proactive. We would definitely rent again!

Gary’s home is beautiful and the location is perfect. Everything was clean and tidy and the house has nice bonuses for kids like a gate and high chair. The screened in patio is perfect spot to relax and grab a book etc. Gary was easy to reach and always pleasant. It seems like he really has thought about all the vacation necessities and really wants you to feel at home.

We met up with family and friends for a perfect week at the beach. There was plenty of room for all of us and everything was clean and easy to find. There were chairs, umbrellas, bikes and beach toys all available to use. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Gary was delightful to work with and so quick to answer any questions.
