Location is absolutely perfect! We love Bethany Beach. The best restaurants are so close, as well as the boardwalk, the beach, great shopping and more. We are cyclists so we were close to many trails and less than 40 minutes to Assateague Seashore Island where we cycled the trail with the wild horses! We appreciated the open floor plan of the home and loved being on the canal. Overall, for us, location is everything and this is the home to be in as you fall in love with South Bethany and Bethany Beach.

Place was in a great location we loved every part of the house very well decorated and owners respond immediately. Only thing was that hot water would turn cold fast when two people would shower at the same time other than that a wonderful place to stay .

No working coffeemaker, no ice or ice cube trays, found a pair of men’s boxers in the top drawer of dresser. No hand towels or kitchen towels (pictures showed them.) Soap dispensers were placed in bathroom cabinets (hidden?) and cheap packaged soap left out. Overpriced for property condition and location. A box of kleenex would go along way. Owner texted us asking for a five star review before we left the driveway of our house. Not sure who/what Evolve is because I received texts from another name (the owner?)
