My family and I are back to reality following a wonderful week at this location, and this place truly is a jewel. The condo itself is spacious, clean, and very welcoming. It features all the amenities of home with views that are hard to beat. The resort that the condo is located in is amazing, too, featuring amenities such as multiple pools, a private beach, gyms, splash pads and more, and it's just a short walk to stores, restaurants, and more. Charles, our host, was very responsive and helpful. Everyone in my group really enjoyed themselves and absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful Sea Colony unit with expansive outdoor balcony views of the quaint Bethany Beach town as well as the coast line for a mile in each direction. The unit is wonderful for families with young kids. This worked well for our family and niece/nephew's family. We had all 4 cousins sleeping in the bunk bed room which meant adults had rooms to ourselves. Family dinners and movie nights were great with the kitchen island, side dining table and large living room setup. Overall it was exactly the vacation that we needed!
