To say this place was amazing is an understatement! Definitely 5 stars for everything from the condo, owners, greeter, property managers, view and this place has everything you need! They have beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel equipment, floats etc. They also have an honor bar to access right by the pool which is stocked with goodies all reasonably priced. The location is great & so close to Cruz Bay with lots of great restaurants, bars and shopping. If you are unable to make the short but big hill walk then grab a short taxi ride as they were reasonably priced. Also very convenient to all of the beautiful beaches on the island. The only bad thing was that we fell in love with this place and had to leave but definitely will be back! Highly recommend!!!

By far one of the best airbnbs I have stayed at. Not only were the hosts attentive to messages but they had provided a welcome greeter to help explain amenities, local experiences/recommendations, and easy to understand check in/out rules. The view was incredible and the pool was too notch. If I ever came back to St. John I would only stay here!

My husband and I have been coming to St. John for 20 years. Hands down this was one of our best experiences. The condo had a great view and was walkable to town (yes, there are hills but is less than an 8-minute walk). Seagrape has a beautiful pool and a well-appointed Villa (we stayed in Pitaya 2). We loved the large deck overlooking the pool and the expansive sunset view. The owners paid attention to every detail to make our stay wonderful. One of the best features was having access to beach chairs, coolers, snorkeling gear, towels, and floaties. My only recommendation is to provide a full list on the website in the villa's description (and/or confirmation email). Knowing you will have these things available in advance will really lighten your travel load. I was also very appreciative of the "honest bar" and the poolside amenities. I highly recommend Seagrape and will be back!!!

We and our friends (a couple) all loved Room 2 in the Pitaya building and wish we stayed longer. The villa was gorgeous, well supplied and spacious for 2 couples. Just as pictured, clean and new. The pool area with an outdoor shower, community kitchen with an honor bar and laundry room was fantastic and the other guests were friendly and quiet. Communication was excellent and on site caretakers are available if you need them. It's a short walk to Cruz Bay center, but there are steep up and down hills that may not be for everyone. Also stairs to rooms, so ask for a low floor if you want to avoid them. Wonderful, small (8 or 9 rooms), well run place that made us feel very at home. Sorry we didn't get to meet the owners who were on vacation, but did meet one of their Flat Coated Retrievers. Thank you, Julie!
