A newish development of rooms with a communal kitchen/lounge area. The rooms are fairly small however the kitchen/ lounge area was well equipped. This area was not cleaned daily and some guests had failed to clear up after themselves and the bins were overflowing. Our room was on the top floor and the stairs were rather steep - so definitely would not be suitable for someone with restricted mobility ( or heavy suitcases like ours!) The location was in a quiet residential area but a 45 minute walk into centre and not close to any restaurants or shops to buy groceries.

Perfect place to stay in Seattle for a weekend getaway, nice neighborhood, walking distance to Capitol Hill.

Great spot to spend a few nights exploring Seattle - really convenient area and Vince was really great at answering questions and explaining check-in etc. It's a really quiet spot that's just one bus ride from downtown (you could definitely walk in about 40mins if you were up for it!) Although I only stayed for a few nights so didn't really get to use it, the communal kitchen space is fantastic and clean. Would be great if you were staying a little longer than me! Overall would absolutely stay here again!

Really great spot, was perfect for what I needed- a nice safe, peaceful place to rest when I was jotting around the city for my work trip. Appreciated the casual vibe right, updated appliances and whatnot. And Vince was great, responsive, very accessible. Would gladly stay here again when I’m next in town.
