10/10 home and even better host! Location is ideal for someone not wanting to stay too close to Phoenix, but close enough to get there if you wanted. Everything is about a 30 minute drive (40-50) with traffic. The immediate area is also very nice as well so if you didn’t want to go into Pheonix, Peoria would not disappoint. Would 100% book again!

This house is convenient for being near my mom in Sun City, so it's the 2nd time we've rented it and I would go back. It's clean, comfortable and the pictures/description are very accurate. The kitchen is fairly well-equipped. The neighborhood is unexciting, but it's walking distance to the Fry's, Walgreens and a few restaurants, and easy access to the freeway. It could use a few extra touches to make it worth what we paid (in spring). The large bedroom has lots of space and storage. The other bedrooms have closets but no shelf or drawer space. It's annoying to stay for an extended time and have to keep your socks and underwear in your suitcase or in a pile on the floor. A little cabinet in each closet would make a big difference. Also, there are no bedside lamps in any of the bedrooms. There are tables, so lamps would be an easy addition. Overall, would recommend. Little things to make it better: extra toilet paper and dishwasher pods. Soap in the shower. Dimmers on lights.

This home was beautiful, clean, and tastefully decorated. Especially appreciated the table that seated 8, beautiful master bedroom, spacious living areas, and the putting green in the backyard. The pool was clean and appealing, but cold this time of year (March). Loved our stay very much!
