Great location in north Santa Teresa. Easy walk to surfing and good restaurants.
We loved our time at Villa Guanacaste this past week. The villa was modern, spacious, and comfortable and had (more than!) everything we needed. Sami was the perfect host and Emilio, the concierge, was amazingly helpful securing airport transportation, a UTV for getting around town (and up the steep hill to the Villa!), and providing restaurant and activity recommendations. We ate at several area restaurants but also shopped at the corner grocery store (Ronny’s #2) and made breakfasts and a couple of other meals in the Villa. Thank you for the beautiful accommodations and excellent service!
Honestly words do no justice for the love this guy puts into his place and his customers!! He helped me immensely with lost car keys and made sure we got onThe road safely. He is now one of my favorite people. I recommend him to anyone who wants to have a lively stay in Santa Teresa!!! Thank you Brother
This was the perfect location for us in Santa Teresa. Close to town with nearby beach access, but far enough from the main road that it was quiet and peaceful. Our concierge Tomas was incredibly friendly and very helpful with accommodations. He assisted us in booking an ATV which was delivered to our doorstep first thing in the morning and made getting around town and the neighboring sights so much fun and easy! We had a hard time leaving this spot and would love to return
really enjoyed our 2 week stay at villa guancaste - Sami and crew were very responsive to requests for AC adjustments etc and actually organized a lovely day trip to Tortuga Island for us so that they could complete maintenance updates at the villa and not inconvenience our stay. We had a shaded carport to park our vehicle, and enjoyed the well maintained pool and comfortable outdoor seating and ceiling fans that cooled the deck areas. Although there is no stove, a combination of a very fast barbeque, toaster oven and stove top worked out just fine for our stay, with fresh water jugs replenished on an as needed basis by cleaning staff... all good, highly recommend.

Our other initiatives include Complete, independent septic system that recycles water into the irrigation of our gardens Use of energy saving light bulbs and appliances wherever possible, Recycling garbage program and much more. Santa Teresa laid-back beach town nears the southern tip of the Nicoya Peninsula of Costa Rica, Despite a decade of explosive growth, the region’s natural beauty remains intact. the village inhabited by idealistic young people from around the world who arrived on vacation but never went home have turned the place into a haven for big-city dropouts. the village is located in a very quite spot and gives a sense of nature and amazing wildlife outstanding extreme sports activities, and peaceful living PURA VIDA STYLE.
