David's house was great for our school trip to the Gathering of Nations! It fit all of us comfortably and David was very responsive when the hot tub was not hot.

Started off great. Was large and spacious. We planned on relaxing with movies and a hot tub. We turned up the hot tub as soon as we arrived. After 1-2 hours it didn’t heat up and so we contacted David. He asked us to wait a little longer and if it didn’t heat he would come check it out. So we decided to watch a movie. The living room tv was large but so outdated you couldn’t see the picture it looked like everything was behind a cloud. The bunk beds are homemade with plywood and stairs are pipe. The top bunk almost reaches roof and isn’t usable and the stairs are wobbly. David said he would come out the next morning to repair the hot tub and by the second day at 2 pm he had not arrived so I messaged him again and he said he was on his way. By 3 pm he messaged saying he was checking the filters and may need to reset breakers. Later he said because no one was home so he couldn’t fix the hot tub and he blamed me for not being more available even though I messaged him multiple time

Wonderful place to stay with large groups! Spacious enough that everyone has their own area!
