The condo/townhouse has a most spectacular view of the bay and of Birdsong Marina. The private unit has 3 bdrms and 3.5 bath. On the main level, you will find 2 full kitchens, 2 dining areas, living room and game room complete with a balcony finished with seating and 2 propane grills. The private dock is ready for your boat. This is the perfect spot to live it up or relax it down. Check out our rentals. We have several river toys available for rent. The flyer is in the photos. Our condo on Kentucky lake is one of our favorite places to be any time of year. The view is amazing year around and the balcony accommodates our large family. There are two propane grills out on the balcony and seating for 14. There are a lot of stairs going down to the boat dock. This is where you can tie up your own personal boat or fish off the dock. When people ask me about swimming, I let them know that my kids and I swim in this area but that there are critters meaning snakes and turtles. So swim at your own risk. Right across the bay is Birdsong Marina. This is a great spot for folks to rent boats and other fun river toys such as tubes, kayaks, and JetSki‘s. Inside is a total of 2600 ft.² combining all three condos. There are two kitchens which multiple family travelers really enjoy. Each of the three bedrooms are upstairs so make sure you can use stairs if you rent our home. These bedrooms are loft style except for the bunk room which is not a loft. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds in them and the bunk room has two twins and two twin bunkbeds. One of the queen rooms has two twin blowup mattresses with all of the bedding in one closet and there are two twin mattresses in the bunk room closet also. This will accommodate an additional four guests. Sleeping arrangements: Bedroom 1 Queen and 2 twin blowup mattress and private bathroom Bedroom 2 Queen and private bathroom bedroom 3 two twins, two twin bunkbeds, two twin blowup mattresses and private bathroom Each bedroom has its own full bathroom and there is an additional full bathroom on the main level. Finally and my favorite part is the game room. This room consists of a dining room table, a pool table ping-pong table combination, and the arcade will be installed October 1. When the weather is not great and you can’t enjoy beautiful Tennessee outdoor activities our game room will not disappoint.
