This spacious 3-bedroom home overlooks the beautiful Kentucky Lake and comes with a private boat dock. The Beaver Damn Restaurant and Marina is also within walking distance, just minutes from the home. Bring your swim attire, boat and fishing poles and experience the gorgeous views of the lake while drinking a cup of coffee on the private outdoor patio. The peaceful tranquility of the home, view of the lake and location will no doubt elevate a positive lake life experience you will never forget

The view from the front porch was amazing. The house was very clean and well stocked. It was a great neighborhood to walk my dog. Sandy was very responsive and wonderful to work with us on a flexible check in.

We just finished a 4 night stay so we could spend some time with our son who was participating in a college fishing tournament. Location was perfect to both launches and the tournament site. Had a great meal with the team at the marina down the street. And our dogs enjoyed running in the large front yard. The house was perfect for our needs and will definitely stay again if we have a reason to visit the area in the future. The beds were extremely comfortable and the whole house very clean and well equipped.A++++++
