We had a lovely stay and everything was perfect. Would recommend to anyone thinking of staying in Bexhill. Lots of really thoughtful touches, with milk in the fridge, and snacks for us and our dog. Couldn’t fault anything. Thank you so much.

We've stayed here on several previous occasions; this stay was just as good as previous ones. A great place to stay for a short visit or holiday.

A great deal of attention and thought has been put into this annexe. Generously proportioned and equipped , nicely situated , spotlessly clean and genuinely a walk-in home away from home . We wouldn’t consider looking elsewhere next time we visit . Thank you Rose and Paul .

Lovely place, decorated beautifully, comfortable place. The walk to the town is very nice, but prepare for some steep hills, when using maps took us down some little side roads phone flashlight needed if late out at night. Rose was amazing, super friendly and communicated everything well in advance even offered us a later checkout which was super helpful. Would definitely come again!
