We had a great time staying for the weekend with our two sons and their families. The facilities were excellent and we felt very much at home there. There were a couple of concerns we had regarding the bedroom access codes and the heating but SN1 apartments have said they will address these. Thank you.

Great BnB, everything was clean and tidy when we arrived, every room has an ensuite, there're plenty of kitchens, there's a pool table and the value for money was excellent.

We had a really great stay! 5 couples went to enjoy New Year’s Eve together and it was just perfect. We loved the kitchen and conservatory area with the pool table. It was just what we all needed before coming back to work. The hosts were great at communicating, the perfect getaway! Highly recommend.

Suited our needs perfectly. Location was ideal. Lay out of the accommodation was large and airy. Plenty of space for the three families sharing the house. Quiet, warm. and cosy. The table tennis table/pool table kept the kids (and adults) entertained for hours. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean with hot showers.

We were a diverse family group of 11 from different parts of the world looking for somewhere reasonable to spend Christmas together. 78 Bath Road covered all our requirements with plenty bedrooms and bathrooms (all very clean), a large kitchen and dining area where the table was also a pool table, lots of fun there! The kitchen was used to prepare Christmas lunch, whilst there were plenty of pans and roasting trays, we could have done with other serving type bowls. The other main missing item was a corkscrew but we did "make a plan"!! There were various televisions but we were unable to make them work so unable to watch Christmas movies together, having said that in these days of laptops and iPads it's not really an issue We did have an issue with the fire alarm as we set it off cooking bacon, I understand that the system had only recently been installed however it took over 30 minutes and a visit from the host to switch it off - sorry neighbours The parking was good at both front/rear
