The positives - Brandon was very pleasant in back-and-forth correspondence. Quiet bay setting on the lake in shallower water, so not much boat traffic. Terrific location for the 2024 total eclipse at the end of the dock with a clear view of the sky!!! The negatives - the house and property need a LOT of maintenance; not just general pickup/cleaning, but actual repairs.
