Stayed here for several weeks and it was a great stay. The spot is right in the thick of downtown in a well kept safe and quiet building. Check in was really simple with the staffed front desk. The host themselves were incredibly speedy in getting back to me and the unit itself was exactly as described in the listing & photos. 10/10, would recommend.

i stayed in two of andy’s properties, and they were clean and stocked with basics (pots, towels, etc). the area is not bad, and i liked that the building was fob access/had someone at the front desk. andy was very friendly and helpful! he was accommodating, and he even helped me retrieve a ring that i accidentally dropped down the sink, i recommend!

I was interning in downtown LA for the summer and short term rentals are hard to find downtown. This place was soooo much cheaper than other options I found and it offers spacious rooms, clean and updated appliances, furnished places, 24 hour security, and a landlord who replies super fast and is always helpful at finding solutions to problems that might come up. I loved this place so much I told two other interns about it and all three of us rented here and loved it. Great price, great value, great place, and great host. I hope to come back to LA in the future, and without a doubt I WILL be renting from Andy.

The host Andy is very kind. The room was so clean and very comfortable. The bed is also very comfortable. I was happy to stay at the room!!
