Beautiful home and excellent location
Dennis was very flexible and helpful. Beautiful place to stay
We loved our stay here and Dennis (and his wife) was a wonderful host. The unit is huge! It had everything we needed including kitchen cookware and dishes and use of the clothes washer and dryer. Even though there is a coffee maker in the unit Dennis brought a mug of his special home ground coffee every morning. The tap water is quite hard but he provided one of those big water bottles on a stand for fresh drinking water. There were bird feeders right outside the front window and we really enjoyed watching the hummingbirds. Dennis has two sweet dogs that you rarely hear. The area is quiet and great for walking.
5/5 stars, would stay here again. A warning about the place: it’s a bit chopped up. Shared kitchen, shared dining area, doors closing off random rooms. I think the other renter was utilizing the bathroom and shower that was off the dining area. No door (just one of those tri-fold privacy screens as a door). Kinda strange. Our private area was great however. Nice living area and two beds, lockable door. Water pressure almost non-existent in the main bath sink (I just used the kitchen sink to wash my hands) and water is extremely hard. Would stay here again! Laundry worked, kitchen functional, was able to do dishes and a load of laundry while we were out of our own house during renovations. Since we were local to the area we just needed a place to do a few errands and close by! Dennis is very friendly and helpful! Thank you for everything!
Outstanding host. Very friendly and responsive. Everything was clean. The views were amazing. I would absolutely recommend.

We are travelers and have visited Spain, Portugal, France and Mexico recently. We have extensively traveled in Brazil and Mexico, too, as well as throughout the USA. We often stay with friends and we like to learn about local culture, too, so we have stayed with locals from primitive towns to major cities. We still have a few teens at home and visions of eventually moving abroad, too.
