Unfortunately we had to cut our trip short due to illness, but we will book again next time! The cottage is simple but exactly as described. The bedding was clean and comfortable. Shampoo and facial wipes were provided in the bathroom. I was able to cook a nice meal in the small kitchen, and the fridge was big enough for a weekend worth of supplies. There were plenty of pots/pans/utensils although no measuring cups that I saw. I was able to estimate but it's something to keep in mind if you plan to cook. (Silly) side note- the plates are actually too big for the microwave, so don't plan on reheating your leftovers. :) I never met Zulilah but had several nice interactions with Fraser both in person and via text. Check in was easy. Parking for the cottage is labeled and was not an issue. Overall we enjoyed the time we had in the cottage. It has the same feel as the lake camp I visited growing up, while still being close to the town and nearby supplies and shopping.

Fraser & Zulilah sono stati deliziosi. L'appartamento era in ordine, pulito e aveva tutto ciò che occorre per stare lì qualche giorno. Eravamo io, mia moglie e la nostra bimba di 8 anni. Il cottage è molto carino ed è in una posizione strategica per visitare diverse località del Maine sulla costa. Si trova a meno di un'ora-un'ora e mezza da località come Bar Harbor e l'Acadia Park, Bangor, Augusta, Georgetown e decine di altri posti meravigliosi. Quindi può essere un ottimo punto di riferimento se si vuole avere una base fissa da cui spostarsi di volta in volta. A 5-10 minuti di auto dal cottage ci sono supermercati e ristoranti per tutti i gusti.

They were super helpful with checking in and out, as well as helping us find things to do around the area. Their place was wonderful and they were great hosts. Highly recommend!
